One of the first steps in a successful Corporate or Brand Identity development is to first take stock in your existing Identity, your perceived Identity, and the Identity that your company or brand needs to aspire to. Your careful completion of this 4-page survey will help in part to determine the direction that should be explored.

You may of course skip questions that do not pertain to your brand, but as much input as you can provide is extremely helpful in guiding the design process to best fit your business.
